Publication Fees / APC

To support open access publishing and journal operations, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles. The APC covers services that contribute to the overall publication workflow and platform maintenance, including peer review administration and management, editorial processing, production, and dissemination.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • APC amount: USD 1,750 (Paper Submission: $1,750)
  • Payment stage: Authors are required to pay the APC during the final paper submission procedure in order to include papers in publication.
  • Payment timeline: APC payment is typically required within 5 to 10 business days.

Accepted Currencies

  • Payments are accepted in US dollars (USD).
  • The corresponding/submitting author may download the invoice from the invoice link in the author account.

Invoice Notice

  • Please notice that only official invoices issued by J-AIGM (@ [https://hopeembark.org](https://hopeembark.org/)) are valid.
  • The journal does not authorize any third party to collect the APCs. The journal is the sole service provider and cannot be held liable for actions by third parties.

Discounts and Waivers

  • For any inquiries or concerns regarding the APC or the publication process, please contact the journal organizers/editorial office.

Other Fees

  • The journal does not charge authors any additional fees at any stage of the publication process, including but not limited to submission fees, review fees, editing fees, page charges, color figure charges, or article processing fees.
