Open Access Policy
All articles published by the journal are made immediately available worldwide under an open access model. The journal has published all its content under an open license since 2025. Open access means the following:
- Everyone has free and unlimited access to the full texts of all published articles;
- Everyone is free to reuse the published material provided that the original work is properly accredited and cited (subject to the journal’s open license terms);
- Open access publishing is supported by the journal’s operating mechanism, and where applicable, by APC payments for accepted articles (see the Publication Fees / APC page for details).
Permissions and Reuse
- For articles published under an open license (CC BY 4.0), reuse of all or part of the article (including figures and tables) is permitted under the license terms, typically without additional permission, provided proper attribution is given.
- Reuse of an article does not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal.
Meaning of Open Access
- The peer-reviewed literature is freely available without subscription or price barriers;
- The literature is released in open access format immediately upon publication (typically with no embargo; please refer to journal announcements if exceptions apply);
- Published material can be reused under the license terms as long as correct citation and attribution are provided.
Important Note (Third-Party Materials)
- Some articles may contain third-party figures, tables, or text for which the journal does not hold the copyright or the right to re-license. Reuse of such materials may require permission from the original copyright holder, where applicable.
